Great Location, Endless Exploration: Bellingham Yachts is located in Bellingham, Washington just south of the Canada/US border. We are about under an hour from downtown Vancouver, British Columbia and just over an hour from downtown Seattle, Washington. The most popular time to visit our area is during the summer (June-August). The weather is usually warmer and drier during these months. Spring (April-May) and Autumn (September-October) are usually less busy and can boast some of the most beautiful scenery of the year.

Desolation Sound

The ultimate Pacific Northwest yachting destination where the mountains meet the water. Desolation Sound features an endless number of islands, bays, and inlets to explore. Expansive and beautiful, it is one of the top yachting destinations in the world.


San Juan Islands

The San Juans are made up of many small islands. Only a day from Bellingham, they feature popular destinations such as Friday Harbor, Roche Harbor, and Sucia Island.


Barkley Sound

Located on the west side of Vancouver Island, Barkley Sound is wild and unspoiled. To the north up the Pacific coast of Vancouver Island is the popular summer surfing destination city of Tofino, BC.

Gulf Islands

The Gulf Islands are BC's version of the San Juans. They are close to the cities of Victoria, Sydney, and Nanimo on Vacouver Island.
